All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the personal/hygienic nature of our products.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email washed@goldenegg.media within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Items opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible.
